Wow, this is really coming along smoothly now.
I got the Hippo model complete and now all I have to do is make the arena.

Here's some pics of the final hippo.

Yep, that's him. He comes in; Green, Yellow, Pink and Orange.

And here's another video. Most of the same, more renders, different song and features new complete model and footage of all 4 hippos.

Oh, I also think I been holding out on you lovely people, story wise.
So here it is, don't expect any masterpieces.

The story is gonna be that there are 4 guys watching some sort of sporting event.
Most probably baseball, because I like saying "Bottom of the ninth"

Anyway, their beer runs out and they need more.
None of them want to leave and miss the end of this great game, and they have a fight to see who will get it, but to no avail.

Then one says "We'll decide this how we always do,"
"Yes, like men!" says the other.

They pull out Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Then 3d takes over and in it there's all these ball-time (like bullet like but with the hippo balls) and other stuff...

(Cool 3D pan arounds, and camera work, and other stuff I'm not giving away)

Then the loser has to drive up to the bottle-o, The end.

Then maybe some thing after the credits of the hippos talking to each other about how they hate having their leavers pushed and force fed balls.
And maybe some testicle/balls pun. "Hey dude, I don't even like balls,"

(I also have another cool idea, but it'll be hard to do)

That's it!

I've done some more work on the body and lever.
Instead of uploading lots of little vids, here's one with all of them.

I also did another one, it had more sill images to show the detail you dont see in the vids.
It also has a different song.

Head modeling

This is a render of head, it's real shiney, or "specular" if your in the biz.

I added the eyebrows, ears and nostrils.

I havn't put the eyes one, they are stickers in the real game, so I'll texture them on. I'm gonna photo-source them but there are no good images on the net, so when I get my hands on the game I'll do it.

Hungry Hungry Hippo: The Movie

Well, it's the holidays... and I'm bored as shit...
Sooo.... WHY NOT MAKE A MOVIE!

You heard me right, well read me right...
After making a grooling machinima what does this guy do? Yepyep, a movie.

Since I can't be bothered 3D modeling human characters for this movie, I may do a live-action/3D movie. Kinda like Transformers, but cooler (Well I haven't seen Transformers, yeah yeah I know... "Oh my god! A computer nerd who hasn't seen Transformers! Lets crucify him! yadda yadda yadda," go to hell nerds).

Where was I?
Oh yeah, live-action 3D cross... so all my friends out there that I send this URL to...
*HINT HINT*
Also looking for a copy of the hungry hungry hippo game for the live action part.

So, here's what little 3dmodeling I done so far since I had my brainwave about 1/2 an hour ago.

Well, there's my idea.
I'll do my storyboards later, but it's all in my head.
